Help! I didn't get a download link!

After your transaction is completed, the website will send you a confirmation email about your order and an email with your download link within a few minutes. If you do not see the email(s) from SVG Bliss in your primary inbox, check your spam or promotions folder to see if it ended up there.  If you cannot find it, do not hesitate to contact me for help!

 

Why can't I log in to my SVG Bliss account?

If you can't log in to your account on the site it could be because you have not created one yet.  When you create an account, you'll submit your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify and activate your account.  Check your spam or promotions folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.  Click here to create an account.

Help!  I can't get the design into Silhouette Studio!

If you're getting the "file is unsupported" message, please make sure you have first unzipped the folder where the files are stored. Double clicking on a zipped folder usually opens it up and gives you access to the files.

If you do not have the Designer Edition of Silhouette Studio, you will need to use the DXF file which is included with each design.  You must have the Designer edition in order to open files in SVG format.

I missed the freebie, can you send it to me?

I can't send you a freebie if you didn't claim in in time. You can make sure you don't miss the next freebie by following SVG Bliss™ on Facebook! A new freebie is released every Friday and lasts until 11:59pm (MST).

If you did claim it in time, but the download link isn't working, please contact me and I can help you!
