WHICH LICENSE SHOULD I CHOOSE? 

That may depend on what materials you use to produce the designs on your products, and your sales volume in your shop.

Using a Cricut or Silhouette to cut the design with adhesive or heat transfer vinyl:

Due to the time involved in cutting and weeding a design, the smaller licensing packages of up to 100 or 250 sales would likely be sufficient for you.  If you'll exceed 250 sales with the design within one year, the unlimited may be a better option for you.

Using Sublimation to print the design:

Because sublimation is a much quicker process than using HTV, we recommend at least purchasing licensing for up to 250 sales, or unlimited.

LICENSING TERMS

This license is a one year, one user license to use designs made by Sabrina Schleiger Design,LLC (DBA SVG Bliss™) on physical end products for sale. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferrable and non-sublicensable.  

The license covers one user only and one business name only.  If you have multiple shops with different names, contact me to create a custom license for you.  

The license permits you to produce the design on equipment that you own and operate and apply the design to physical end products for sale.*

Credit for the design must be given in your product descriptions and/or product packaging: "Licensed by Sabrina Schleiger Design, LLC"

Effort must be made to deter others from tracing the design from your product photo.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not outsource manufacturing of the design to a 3rd party.  This includes using print on demand (POD) services or platforms.

SVG Bliss™ designs may not be sold on sites that assume an irrevocable, royalty-free license to redistribute, recreate or make derivative works from content uploaded by their users.  (Example: Jane.com) 

You may not sell SVG Bliss™ designs on flash sale sites with this license.  Contact me about licensing if you will be selling products on flash sale sites (such as Zulily).

You may not sell products that are not *finished physical end products*.  Selling stencils, stamps, or transfers of the design is prohibited.

You may not disassemble SVG Bliss™ designs to create a new design. You may not modify or recreate SVG Bliss™ designs.

You may not redistribute SVG Bliss™ designs for free or for sale.

LICENSING CONTRACT

A licensing contract will be sent to you via email and can be signed electronically with Adobe Sign.
